Jo, our office manager, brings years of experience working in the medical/mental health field. She cut her teeth working in medical offices at Massachusetts General Hospital before working for various doctors in the metroplex. We were lucky to snag her as the office manager many years ago.
Jo is an expert in talking to and scheduling patients. She is in charge and runs all the office operations and business development for Ray Levy, Ph.D. & Associates. More importantly, Jo keeps Drs. Levy and Parr on time with patients and paperwork. Basically, she runs the office and tells the doctors when to show up and who to see.
When not at the office corralling the doctors, she is at home with her husband of over 40 years and her grown children. Additionally, she is also an expert knitter and some of her work has been on display throughout the metroplex.
